General Information

We ship out over 80% of our orders within a 24 to 48 business hour time frame. For Ottawa City, any order before 2 pm will be delivered in the same day.
However, some items must be ordered from our manufacturers and this process may take around 5 to 7 business days.
Regular orders will not be notified if the items will be delayed less than 7 business days.
If you need the items before or on a SPECIFIC date please place a note in the comment section at the time of your order, and we will then notify you on the transit time if need be.
For all of the ground shipping options, we will sometime be required to change the shipping from one to another to the most efficient shipping method depending on various factors such as what kind of address you are shipping your items to and what is in your order.
Ma’Beauté Shipping will be done through Canada Post, Purolator, DHL, Fedex or UPS. Please make sure to provide the CORRECT address before proceeding to payment, we can not guaranty any corrections after the order is delivered to our third parties mentioned above, which is usually made the same day of the order. The shipping methods typically take 1 to 3 business days for delivery in Ontario and Quebec and 3 to 7 business days for the other Provinces.

Shipping to Remote Locations in Canada

Remote locations include postal codes that are difficult to serve, or the cost of delivery is too high. Examples include:

Locations far from shipping hubs
Locations rarely served by shippers
Canada Post Air Stage Locations that receive mail via airlift at certain times of the year

Ma’Beauté inform Customers in remote addresses that, depending on the situation, we can not always honor the delivery, and in this case, we will provide a full refund for the concerned order.
